Selkirk School District is seeking a dedicated elementary teacher to join our team. The specific grade level or assignment will be determined based on the qualifications and strengths of the successful candidate.

Requirements

Washington teaching certificate with elementary endorsement 

Successful elementary teaching experience preferred

Knowledge and experience in Common Core Standards and guided reading strategies.

Desire to integrate technology into classroom instruction 

Willingness to continue professional growth.

Resilient, reflective, and responsive to student needs

Desire to be part of the community.

Ability to work collaboratively, professional demeanor, high level of personal energy, and sense of humor.
